All of the staff at the Chatham Bars were wonderfully responsive, helpful, and seemed to anticipate our needs. The day was perfect!!!

We worked with Jennifer, who was great. She took our concepts, and made them a reality-all within our budget. She was great, and innovative. The flowers were perfect-thanks so much!! Highly recommend!!

I booked my bridal party's services pre-wedding through Oasis, and was greatly disappointed with the response of the spa to my and my party's needs. When the pedicure chairs lost power, instead of an apology, I had my maid of honor standing in her bare, wet feet in the hallway-not even a towel provided! When I brought this to the manager's attention, I was told to not focus on the negative....? I could not believe the rudeness and lack of customer service!

After the wedding, we asked for a breakdown of the bill and were denied such-twice! This has all led to a complaint with the better business bureau--an unfortunate end to an otherwise wonderful wedding day!
