The Belvedere provided a high level of service during our planning process. They were very open to some of the request my family & I had for the wedding. On the day of the event, the catering staff were very attentive and polite. Everything was served/provided exactly how we discussed during the planning process. The only slightly negative aspect was we had to remind them several times about little things around the venue, mainly just house-keeping items. In addition, please take diligent notes during your meetings & double check the notes on the contracts. SOme things were overlooked so we had to remind them of the minute details we discussed.

All in all - they made our wedding go off without a hitch....Just be organized!

Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING! She provided top-notch service from the minute we met her to the end of our wedding night. She took numerous photos, was amazing with our large wedding party and the six children in our wedding. At our reception she had the photos from the ceremony & of the wedding party playing on a loop off of a laptop.
Last, but not least, our photos are stunning! Jennifer Hoak is #1 in my book!
