We remember this wedding very well. We are very flexible, and have very straight forward contracts. Our contracts spell out what a bride has paid for. If there are changes like adding/subtracting guests or adding/subtracting duration of an event, then there is either a charge or a credit. Our contracts also allow for any vendor/caterers as long as they have proper licenses, permits, and insurance. In this case, the bride decided to break the rules at the last minute and hope we would not notice. After signing a very short, easy to read, easy to understand standard contract that outlined all our basic rules as well as what the bride had paid for(in writing!), the bride decided to change things. Having a vendor that is not properly insured or licensed has nothing to do with flexibility; it is just a risky proposition. Having more guests than what was paid for in the contract and using more time than what was paid for in the contract, are serious issues and have nothing to do with being flexible either.

Emily was absolutely amazing to work with from day one! She was responsive, creative and flexible! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer and the photos were amazing!

The flowers were absolutely amazing! We wanted our centerpieces to be creative yet classic and they definitely fulfilled our wishes. I could not have asked for better florists!
