I did quite a bit of research before identifying three florists to contact regarding our wedding. We wanted beautiful flowers, but I was working with a very modest budget and I was worried we wouldn't be able to do what we wanted. I had picked out a bouquet and arrangements on Raintree Florist's website that were exactly what I had in mind, and Linda Raintree was th second florist I met with. Although she agreed my budget was tight for a large grapevine wreath, two large arrangements, a bridal and maid of honor bouquet and four boutonierres, she was able to accommodate our wishes and make everything look just beautiful. When I first met with her we weren't sure what my maid of honor was going to wear, but she was very flexible and open to changes. More importantly though, the flowers we finally selected were absolutely gorgeous. My bouquet was a large spray bouquet and several people said it was the most beautiful one they'd ever seen. Plus, she created a grapevine wreath with artificial flowers for the historic chapel where we had our ceremony and it's something we'll be able to enjoy for some time. I highly recommend Raintree Florist for all your wedding needs -- you'll be very pleased!
Signature Cakes is the perfect choice for whatever size wedding you are planning. My husband and I planned a small, intimate gathering for our wedding and reception but we wanted a traditional wedding cake for our guests to enjoy. Plus, as I explained to Vicki, "we're not ones to deny ourselves" so one of the things we were most looking forward to about our wedding was the cake! On our budget, though, I had thought we would have to probably settle for a cake from Publix or someplace similar...but then I found Signature Cakes by Vicki. Vicki is amazing -- you truly get a "custom" cake at a very reasonable price, and it is positively delicious. Vicki responded to me immediately by e-mail, and later that week we had our tasting. She's incredibly warm and wonderful, and it was absolutely a delight to talk with her about our wedding and tell her what we had in mind. I had looked at the cakes on her website and picked elements that we wanted to incorporate, and she sketched it as we talked and our cake looked just perfect on our wedding day. The most difficult thing to do was select which type of cake we wanted for our three-tier masterpiece. But whatever kind of cake you select, it will have the most amazing buttercream frosting you have ever tasted! (My guests are still raving about it, and my sister is begging for the recipe!) My husband and I are terribly excited right now because we agreed we would save the top tier for our one-month anniversary which is just days away. So, perhpas as you read this we'll be enjoying our delicious cake top. I'm bouncing up and down in my chair as I type this because I can't wait...it's THAT good. If you want a beautiful cake at a reasonable price made by someone who is wonderful to work with, call or e-mail Vicki at Signature Cakes. You'll be happy you did!

James is really good to work with, and I'm thankful I found him. My husband and I were married in a small, historic chapel with no piano or organ, and James was able to accommodate all our requests. He has a wonderful wedding repertoire, and he also did a good job with the new music we requested as solo pieces. He worked well with our selected soloist, and he also did a great job with our special recessional music (we used a college fight song as we're both huge football fans!). If you're in need of a strong wedding musician, James is an excellent choice.
Ralph Griggs is a wonderful choice if you're looking for a meaningful ceremony performed by someone who has tons of experience with brides and grooms. From the first phone call or e-mail to the day of your wedding, Ralph is incredibly responsive and ready to help you develop the service you've dreamed of. Ralph provides all his couples with both a Marriage Prep Course (which will save $$ on your license) and a ceremony planner guide. My husband and I don't currently have a church home, but we wanted a very traditional service that was a bit more lengthy than Ralph outlines in his guide. I sent him some initial questions and he was open to making any changes we wanted, and so we incorporated several additional elements and provided a "marriage message/homily" that Ralph delivered beautifully -- several of my guests assumed that Ralph had known us for some time! Definitely call Ralph if you're in need of an officiant for your wedding. Whatever you're looking for in your ceremony, Ralph will be able to work with you and make it turn out beautifully.
Crown Jewelry is a family-owned business, and when you walk in the door you are guaranteed to get personal attention from people who will remember you the next time you come back. Unlike the large jewelry chains, Johnny and his team never adopt a "hard sell" -- they'll ask you what you're looking for and give you all the time you need to find the perfect wedding set. Their jewelry is top quality -- you'll find better diamonds here than other stores -- and if Johnny doesn't have exactly what you're looking for he can get it or make you a custom piece. The entire staff at Crown is wonderful, and you simply can't pick a better place to find the engagement and wedding rings of your dreams.
I do two medium-sized events each year at work that are handled by Liberty Party Rental, and so when we began planning our wedding reception I immediately gave them a call. Since they're located in Hendersonville and our reception was in Brentwood, I did call two other rental companies in Brentwood/Franklin to compare quotes and -- as always -- Liberty was by far the most affordable and best option. They were wonderful as we worked within my limited budget, and when my caterer called with a last-minute change on my behalf they immediately e-mailed me a new estimate (even though my contact was out of the office at the time). Their delivery crew is the best in the city, and you simple can't go wrong if you plan your event through Liberty.
