Our Story

We first met when I was 13 or 14. Our fathers worked together for a few months. He remembers seeing me and thinking, "She is beautiful!" then finding out my age and being horrified. 2 years later I was hired by a company to do part time work and he'd been hired by the same company the year before. Soon, we were best friends, until I turned 18 and he formally asked me out. We've been together for 4 years now. I always maintain the best part of our relationship is that we were best friends first and foremost, and always will be!

The Ring

About 2 months into the relationship I told him I liked heart shaped diamonds. I've heard all sorts of controversy about them but I don't really care - I love little hearts. 4 months into our relationship he got me a tiny diamond heart shaped white gold promise ring. I wore it for 2 1/2 years, until he presented me with a real heart diamond ring and asked me to marry him! For the wedding it will be fitted into a diamond band ring guard. It's absolutely perfect and I love it. He even remembered to get it set as low as possible so it wouldn't snag at work.

Our Wedding Plans

September 22nd, 2007, at 5:00 pm. 85 - 120 people (depending on how RSVP's go!). All I really care about is taking some nice pictures and being with family!

These people are amazing. The helped me with the planning in the months leading up to the wedding, and then the night of the wedding we barely saw them, but everything got done without ever bothering the wedding party. Absolutely the best, pricing was great, everyone LOVED them!
