I worked with Asa Vandertulip at La Cima and she was amazing! Asa was very helpful and patient and she always got back to me the same day and was very professional but also very personable. My husband and I changed our minds about several aspects of the wedding a couple different times and not once did she ever act like any of it was a problem. There were a few things that we weren't sure of but her suggestions really helped us along the way.
I would recommend this venue over and over again! Everyone there went out of their way to make our wedding wonderful! Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and at how attentive the wait staff was to any of their needs. And I have got to mention the view from the Skyline room...it was to die for!
We used A Magic Moment for our floral arrangements and ceremony and reception decor. When I met with Tami for my consultation we just automaticaly "clicked". She took our ideas and turned them into the most beautiful wedding. We were very particular about the types of flowers that we did and didn't want to use as well as the style of centerpieces that we liked but even within those requests she had several suggestions to enhance our ideas. Tami always responded to me very quickly and professionally but friendly at the same time.
My bridal portrait bouquet was awesome and was exactly what we had discussed. We had to substitute the peonies I asked for since they weren't available but the flower she used in their place (lisianthus) was equally as pretty!
For the wedding itself they made my bouquet, corsages, and bout's, as well as alter arrangements, and sprinkled petals down the aisle. For the reception they did the centerpieces (submerged orchids, floating candles, pillar candles around, and petals on the tables), cake table decor (petals and votives), and our sweetheart table decor (shorter vases with submerged orchids and floating candles, petals, crystal drops, etc.). All of the flowers were absolutely beautiful and everything looked fresh and like it had just been made.
The day of the wedding the Magic Moment team showed up on time (a little early even) and were so nice and went out of their way to help us. We had an issue with the bakery delivering the wrong cake topper so the Magic Moment girls used some extra orchid blooms and put them on top of the cake. They also used some leftover blooms to "reserve" the front row of seats for the family at the ceremony.
I would recommend A Magic Moment to anyone who needed flowers for their wedding. At first I thought the price was a little high but once I saw everything they had done it was worth every penny!
I worked with Candice at Frosted Art. She was very friendly and very open to working with the design we had in mind. All of the flavors were sooo good and she didn't make us feel rushed in making our decision.
I also had them make a grooms cake as a surprise for my husband. They made it to look like his Camaro and in his favorite cake flavor, Red Velvet.
All of the cake tasted amazing and the designs were awesome too! The value was great...I was surprised that they were so affordable and I can easily see the cake being worth much more than we paid for it.
The only little problem we had was with the cake topper. We paid to have a topper cut out of metal in our custom font. But when the delivery driver came to the venue on the day of the wedding the topper was wrong. We fixed it by putting flowers on top of the cake in lieu of the topper.
The only reason I gave a 4 for responsiveness was because sometimes it took a few days to get a response (all of my vendors responded very quickly so I may have been a little spoiled).
I loved working with Becky! She was very flexible as far as times/dates she could work with me. She also did an amazing job at an even more amazing price!
She had to add bra cups, hem, and add a bustle to my dress. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She took the time to show my mother how to bustle my dress, how to lace the corset back, and also helped me practice walking correctly in the dress.
You will not be disappointed working with Becky...she will make you feel like a princess!

We used Stradivarius for ceremony music only. We found them through my cousin who used them at their wedding.
Responses to any questions always came within a matter of hours (if not minutes) and they were very flexible and professional.
I didn't get to hear much of them playing as I was in my bridal room hiding until everyone made it down the aisle, I heard the tail end of the processional piece (largo from Winter) and obviously the Bridal Chorus and Recessional and they did a wonderful job!
They were a little pricey but I would absolutely recommend them!
Carol Sage was our minister and she did a beautiful job. My husband and I put together our own ceremony with things that we found online as well as parts from the book of ceremonies we were given by Love Notes and she was more than willing to do anything we asked.
Every question was very quickly answered (some emails returned within minutes) and Carol was so warm and kind. She took all the time we needed and made sure that before she left the rehearsal that we felt comfortable with everything.
She also managed to keep the mood during the ceremony serious but light-hearted. She kept us at ease so that we weren't both blubbering/crying messes. It was the perfect ceremony!!

Angie did my hair and makeup for my Bridal portraits and hair and makeup for my mom and me the day of the wedding.
Both times my hair and makeup looked incredible! I looked like myself just MUCH better. She was very friendly and very professional. She was willing to do or change anything that wasn't to our liking. I just wish she could fix me up everyday, haha!
