Our Story


We met July 1st, 2007. After a very bad taste in my mouth from my last relationship and feeling like a zombie after giving birth to my son 3 months prior, my friend at that time asked that I go with her to meet with some guy she was talking to. I was reluctant to go anywhere because I knew she was trying to 1. get a free damn ride to meet her man at the time and 2. she was going to "hook" me up with her man's cousin whom I wasn't ready to meet anyway.  But I decided to go, got a babysitter and went on my way.  When she and I arrived at her man's place there was Freddy. I was sitting in my car and my girl said to him "there's my girl, she's in the car.  She's cute, go talk to her."  He was rude and said "Na, i'm all set!" I was taken aback and completely turned off but somehow she talked them both into going to her house for a get together.  So back at her house while she and her man were doing their thing (so damn rude, by the way), Freddy and I sat uncomfortably in her living room watching TV (very loudly).  After awhile i was getting annoyed and Freddy coaxed me into going into the car with him and we sat there the whole night talking!  Needless to say, ever since that night we have been inseparable.  We started off not even liking each other and after a night of awkwardness and talking we just connected.  So here we are...
