About Me
Right now I have become so much more wedding-obsessed than I ever thought was possible! But I love it. I can't wait to marry my best friend, as cheesy as it sounds I can't imagine living without him.

Our Story

Brad and I have known eachother for years... same church, same baseball team, same mission trips- but nothing happened.  We both dated other people... then one day he decided to ask me out.  After a while I agreed... and I guess the rest is history. 

The proposal:
A few weeks before my birthday Brad gave me a stack of envelopes with notecards inside. There was one for me to open everyday, and each one had a date and a little story or memory. So cute!
He apologized becuse they didn't end on my birthday, but he "I wanted to get them all in."
So everyday for about two weeks I opened a sweet note from him... Friday was my birthday, Sunday I opened my last note.

The next afternoon, Monday, I was in Strategic Management class (not overly exciting). Finally it was over. I walked out of class to see Nancy standing there with a camera, but I couldn't figure out what she was taking pictures of... Until I turned the corner to see Brad. He was wearing his dress uniform, and holding roses- and he had chocolate :) He handed me another notecard that said "January 13- I asked your dad for permission. He said yes." Then he handed me another card that said "Now it's your turn." And then he handed me a ring!

And I said yes!

Not only was everyone coming out of the classroom, there were also people standing in the hall watching- and clapping!

It was great, I was totally surprised.
