Everyone at the venue was very helpful. I was able to get in touch with a coordinator anytime I needed to and they were able to take care of my every need. My reception ended up being more than I had ever imagined.

Rachel of Naturally Captured Photography was more than a photograhper. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was there for my every need, whether that was another glass of wine or chapstick. She was on time and didn't finish up until the end of her 9.5 hours. Her business is based out of Winchester, Va, and she came to D.C. for us and didn't charge us anything extra.

The flowers and centerpieces were absolutely beautiful. We were able to rent an arch, which absolutely made the backdrop to our ceremony. Though Nevien was very professional and worth the money, there were a few times when I tried to get in touch with her and it took over a week for her response.

I was very disappointed with my cake, once I saw it at the reception. The lines were not clean, the flowers looked like they had been done in a hurry, and most of all my husband and I had specifically asked for an off center cake, they screwed it up and lined up everything.

I absolutely loved my dress. Jeda was the first sales rep. my bridesmaids and I dealt with when we went in for fittings. She was very helpful in making sure our needs were met and that I found the dress I loved. After that, everything was very smooth in terms of my alterations and all of my bridesmaids getting their dresses. They were able to re-alter my dress and get it back to me 2 days before the wedding.
