Quality of Service: Great! The photos are excellent and beautiful. I could not ask for better photos.

Responsiveness: Excellent! Returned emails and calls promptly, always within the day, if not within the hour or within minutes.

Professionalism: Perfect! Met every requirement in our contract. Arrived on time. Good communication prior to the wedding. She is very personable and easy to get along with and easy to work with. Was very unobtrusive during the wedding. I didn't even know where she was most of the time, until I got the pictures back and saw that she was absolutely everywhere!

Value for cost: Extraordinary!! Christine was an unparalleled value, and her services were the best purchase I made for my wedding. Her services are worth 10 times what she charges.

Flexibility: Great! I needed a change in the start and end times. I only gave Christine short notice and it was not in our contract, but she agreed and didn't act put out at all. Also, during the wedding there were many people taking pictures on their personal digital cameras and Christine just smiled the whole time. She even offered to take some pics on the guest's cameras.

Bottom Line: Highly recommended.

Perfect!! Returned calls/emails quickly. Very flexible: I changed the flowers, number of bouquets, candles, etc many times and it was no problem. Tweeny was always in a good mood! Value: I told Tweeny what colors I liked, what flowers, and how much I wanted it to cost, and she did it!!! I could not be happier. I could not have asked for better flowers or for a better vendor. She did a great job, on time, no drama. I would recommend her to anyone!!

DJ Sam House played the wrong first dance song and he played 50% of my "do NOT play" list.

I would suggest hiring someone else. There are many other DJs in southern california.

They sound great! They did not always call when they said they would. And the assistant, Alex, has a tendency to rub people the wrong way. Temperamental musicians might be the way to describe them. But their music was definitely beautiful, and they were able to play all the songs I requested.

Kris was great. She did beautiful makeup on short notice. She returned calls and emails promptly - within hours if not minutes. She was on time, she came prepared with her own makeup chair. She was very friendly, which is important to calm your nerves moments before you get married. She was able to copy the picture I gave her. The makeup lasted 12 hours and only came off when I took it off. The price was a little high. But over all I was extremely happy with her and would recommend her to anyone.
