Brandi is AMAZING!!! My wedding was less than two weeks ago and I have my pictures and they are AMAZING! I love her style. Its not all the traditional only type pics (she does take some, but the rest are artistic and in the moment). I could call Brandi about anything and she'd answer right away! She even stalled her car out (couldn't restart it until it was dried out) trying to get to my rehearsal dinner (which I didn't make it to). She's just outright AMAZING! She is definetly worth her weight in gold! Her personality is so outgoing! It makes it so much easier to work with her. I would definetly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!

Hobby Lobby was my friend for this wedding. We did A LOT of it DIY as the wedding was at Moody Gardens and I needed to more worry about paying that off. For $75 each I could have ordered my BM bouquets but with DIY I did 6 of them for less than $100. Their array of flowers is so large, I found everything I needed and then some! If you are doing anything DIY check here first. Its definetly worth it.

I've heard other people rave about NASA Flowers for a while and since I wanted a real bouquet for my wedding, I went to them to get pricing and what not. They were wonderful. I took in a picture of what I liked and they were able to reproduce it with my colors. Jeanie always quickly responded to my e-mails. I loved my flowers from them! They also in the last two weeks were able to find me purple submersible flora lights. I definetly would recommend!

I was lucky in that even with all the rain wedding weekend, our tuxes were in and the guys had no problems fitting into them. My only complaint is that 5 days before the wedding, I get a call from Al's saying that they have discontinued the vest we were going to use. I had to go down there and pick out a new vest. They did compensate with another free tux, but how do you split that between 6 men? I also didn't like that I booked at Meyerland but switched to BayBrook as the wedding was in Galveston and the BayBrook location couldn't "modify" any of our information. Meyerland had to do it. But all in all, the guys looked great and that's all that really matters.

My first visit to this location was a DISASTER! My BM's ended up helping me pick out and put on dresses. The lady there basically paid us NO attention. I e-mailed corporate that night and got a call from Ilene the manager the next day. She appologized greatly and I did return to the store. I was set up with a different sales person who was just amazing! Unfortunetly she has moved on from there. We deceided on a dress and I paid for it that day. Catch a sale with them and their prices are unbeatable. Even when they aren't on sale, the prices are pretty good. Had no problems with my BM dresses which I picked out from there. All in all, I'm glad I went with that location.

I use the Baybrook location for my everyday hair. Adriana is my stylist and Jasmine my colorist. Jasmine did my color 2 weeks prior to the wedding and as always, did an amazing job! Adriana was originally going to come do everyone's hair in Galveston at the hotel and stay for the wedding but she ended up having to work. She still drove down to Galveston early in the day and did my hair that morning. It stayed all night and even the next day after taking it down and removing 99 bobby pins (HAHA) I still had curl in my hair. I couldn't ask for a better stylist!

Joy was a wonder to work with. She is able to do both airbrush and traditional makeup wonderfully. My airbrush outlasted me. Even with the sweating outside taking pictures, it still lasted. We set Joy up in the bathroom since that was the place with the best lights and the most room (Moody Garden bathrooms are HUGE!) and we kept having to interupt her so people could use the restroom, and Joy just went with the flow. It was actually humerous! She managed to get everyone's make up done before pictures (9 people) even with all the interuptions and with the fact that I was the only one who did a trial so she had to figure out tones on the go. AMAZING job! Thanks Joy!

We got my engagement ring (X2 so the second one could act as a gaurd) and his wedding band at Zales. The quality is amazing and we really couldn't beat the price. It is so definetly worth getting the waranty. I ended up having to send back my original e-ring due to a chipped stone and that was done without problem and we had to get his tungston ring resized and they did that without a problem (actually they swapped it out) and at no cost to us. YAY!

Sam was amazing! I had no worries the day of my wedding (except for the city shutting down 45... go figure). Everything went so smooth. I hired Sam as my DOC because my mother likes to stress over things and I didn't want her to have to do anything. It was great! My mom was calm (except for regaurds for my cake which she did) and complimented everything after the fact. I really didn't stress over anything and had a wonderful amazing wedding!
