I worked with Jon and Brooke on my wedding, and they did the flowers and decor for the entire reception. Their work was flawless. Their design was innovative and EXACTLY what I wanted. They made my vision come to life. They have many things available for rental that can really spice up the decor of an event. I don't know that I would ever consider using another floral/event company for fear that I'd just be disappointed! No joke. It was just one day of our life, but I know that I and many others will be talking about those flowers and the way that venue looked for years. A stunning job. Worth every penny. Bravo!

I enjoyed working with Gasper, and our cake looked fantastic. We tasted tons of cakes, and Militello's was the first that really tasted like dessert-- it is delicious. I think that they have their system down to a T, so they're pretty reliable.

I was discouraged from using more than 1 cake flavor and felt I had to push to get what I wanted. The employees in the bakery didn't seem to get along particularly well with the boss. The place looks a little dated, but ultimately the cakes they put out are excellent.

Emily's work is flawless and gorgeous. She did our save the dates, invites and thank you cards. I never imagined how many compliments we'd get on the paper! Everyone (even non-paper people) loved the designs. Everything fit with the personality of our event but still reflected Emily's skills as a designer.

She's very busy, so things usually happen on her schedule, even when you would like it to be faster. Ultimately, she's always working with appropriate deadlines in mind, though. Sometimes I had to wait awhile for a response via email, but when it came, her communication was professional and complete. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to make a statement with their invitations. She's great.

BridesMaid Beautiful is the best. I had a great experience with them for my wedding. They did my hair and make-up as well as hair and make-up for most of the bridal party. They were flexible with prices for simpler dos and for partial make-up application. While there was a last minute change about what time we would get started (because they booked another wedding for the afternoon), all of the stylists arrived on-time and stayed until our job was completely done.

Olivia is awesome-- she made me feel beautiful and special. The best part is that they come to you-- where ever you are located. When I contacted other salons in the area about doing something like this, they thought I was crazy and wanted to charge me over $1000. The prices are reasonable and the results are excellent. Thanks, Olivia!

I got the smallest package from Two Foot Creative- a day-of package, and I worked with Ana's assistant, but I felt that it was not worth the time and money I put into it. I think that the other people who were working with me on the day of the wedding-- the venue/on-site coordinator, caterer and my maid of honor-- did just as much or more than the coordinator from 2 foot. I really looked forward to working with them, but when it came down to it, in order for her to help me I had to continuously tell her what I needed instead of it just coming together.

She did a great job setting things up and making sure everything was ready to go when we got to the reception venue, though I felt that she was dressed a bit too casual for the event that we had planned. She also made sure to talk with me to see if I needed anything throughout the night, which was helpful. By the time I got the time line from Two Foot, I had already created my own that was just as useful. It took way longer than I thought it would for them to put it together. One of the big deals of the package was that they would confirm all of my vendors for me the week of the wedding. Unfortunately, I was still receiving calls from vendors on the Wednesday before saying they hadn't heard from my coordinator. I ended up doing many of these confirmations myself.

On the whole, I would probably go without the next time around. Alternatively, I might have paid for a bigger package where she was more in tune with what was going on so that I didn't have to update her on 10 months of planning just 1 week before the wedding. That was bound to be a bad idea.

TwoFoot Creative responded with the the following comments:
The Amber (day-of) package we provide is an excellent package for the hands on Bride who either knows what she wants and where to get it, or is already done booking her vendors and wants someone to execute her plan on the day of her event. When a Bride picks our Amber package it is imperative that a timeline is created as soon as possible so that we understand what the Bride wants her wedding to be like.

At our initial meeting, forms are provided to the Bride that helps us create a timeline. Once the forms are sent to us, the timeline should be created and sent back within a few days. Unfortunately in this event, the forms were sent back very late which left many of the questions I had for this event, unanswered. Every Bride is different and every event is unique which makes it hard to assume what a Bride wants on her day if it hasn't been properly communicated.

Unfortunately the bride did not wish to have me at the ceremony so that she could use my services at the end of the night. When I am able to help with the ceremony, I have a chance to meet the family, bridal party, and sometimes even the groom so that they will trust me and come to me with any questions or concerns at the reception. When I do not have that opportunity, they often do not know we are there or even understand what we do.

I do believe in our work and I do believe that the money is well worth the service we provide. We are there to assist the Bride, Groom, their family and friends, and their vendors throughout the entire day. When at an event, we are dressed as any other professional vendor would dress. We want to blend into the background, not with your guests.
