I am thinking of using Spafford Photography for my wedding, but since he works pretty much out of home, and his business savvy doesn't seem to be quite as good as some, we're a little bit nervous about using him as our photographer. What can you tell me about Doug other than what you wrote here, and from what I can tell, you would recommend him, but I haven't found any other types of comments on him anywhere, so I wanted a good reference from someone. I am also using Wedding wonderland cakes, but I know they will do a good job. Thanks and you can email me back at cmp9bc@mst.edu

I loved the venue. It was such a beautiful spot and all of our guests loved it. The final product was great, but at times it was difficult to get a response. They went through some turnover while I was planning (I had 3 different coordinators during the process). However, everything worked out and I couldn't have been more happy. I would definitely recommend them.

Doug worked with us throughout our engagement and wedding pictures. I am so happy with the final product and I really could not have asked for anything more. I spent a very long time researching photographers and I believe that Spafford Photography provides a great product for their price. He worked with us to determine if we wanted a more posed vs candid style. At times it still felt a bit rehersed but overall an amazing experience. Thanks Doug!

The cake was absoultely amazing and an incredible value. I found them to be the best price and most tasty of all the cake vendors I looked at. They were very flexible and worked with me to design my perfect cake. I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend to future brides/grooms. Yummy and beautiful!

I loved the dress I chose. During the sales process they were incredibly attentive and helpful. I found both my dress and my bridesmaids dresses here and I loved them both. It was reasonably priced but certainly not a deal. However, after the dress was sold I found the service went down greatly. I love my dress but if I had it to do over again I would take the dress as soon as it came in and get it altered elsewhere. The alterations department was absolutely horrible. She was rude. I always felt like she was trying to get it done as fast as possible and push me out the door. She would not really let me walk around in it. They had to take in the top a little and when I returned a couple weeks later it had been taken in too much and didn't fit. Instead of admitting a mistake she asked me if I had been gaining weight! I am a size 4 and my weight has not changed more than 15 pounds since I was 16. Also, it was in the chest region and I know that my boobs did not grow that much in 3 weeks. Also it was not pressed when we went to pick it up so we had to wait and extra day for them to do that. When I finally got to try it on the Thursday before the wedding the hem was too long and needed emergency alterations. It was a terrible alterations experience overall. Oh, also most of my bridesmaids were measured incorrectly (one had a 12 ordered for her and needed a 6) so they had to spend a lot of money on alterations. Overall I would defintely recommend the dresses but would never EVER use the alterations department.

We had so much fun on our Lim-bus-ine. We had a large wedding party (8 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, 3 ushers, 3 readers) and we all fit in the limo. We had a great time with Andre driving around the city and taking pictures. They were very flexible with our requests. I would defintely recommend.
