First off I just want to say how astonishing the Ottosen’s are. They are true wedding photographers. I believe that they care about nothing more than making your wedding day photos as breathtaking as possible. I was so anxious about finding a wedding photographer. It is so very important to find a great photographer, these pictures are your memories for years to come, these are the pictures your children will look at when they are older. I went searching months and after calling about 100 different wedding photographs in the valley I was depressed, because to get more that 500 photos of your wedding day and copyrights to them it would cost me more than our entire wedding. I had interviewed about 10 wedding photographers, but the minute I met with Melanie and Matt Ottosen I knew right away these were the people I wanted to help me share my memories, my first impression was one of such compassion for what they do, they we kind answered all my questions straight forward with no hesitations they were honest about there abilities and how they work, I didn’t feel like I was talking to people who thought they were better than me, people who treated my stupid for not knowing exactly how photography works, which was basically the same impression I got from numerous photographers before. They are both so brilliant and nice making sure they met with me numerous times before the wedding day, calling me over the phone, making sure that they knew exactly what I wanted and expected. It was great having Melanie with me before the wedding and Matt with the guys, we were able to get those great pictures of not only me getting ready and having my veil and garter put on but we were able to get pictures of what my husband looked like before the wedding, and those pictures are priceless. I received over 700 pictures of my wedding day 4 full cd’s full of pictures, the copyrights to all my pictures, and best of all the Ottosen’s had a website with a bunch of my wedding photos for my family and friends to view, they even brought cards to put next to the guest book the day of the wedding with my very own personal website of photos. Words cant describe how happy I was with the service I received from the Ottosen’s and how I would suggest them to anyone for any type of occasion or party you might have. They are great. Thank you so much Melanie and Matt Ottosen for memories that will last lifetimes.
