Claudia from A Day to Remember made my then fianc? a Rubik Cube cake for his birthday. It was an awesome cake; I wish I could say the same for my WEDDING cake! The cake was made very sloppy and it looked like it had been knocked around in its box. The fondant ribbon around the three tiers of the cake were all DIFFERENT shades of red and weren't on straight. As if that was not enough the groom's cake was not the flavor that we asked and paid for!
After the wedding I called and told her about it, she asked to see pictures of the cake; she said if they were not up to par she'd refund me some money. I sent her the pictures she has never replied nor did she ever return my calls. I had two bridal showers; both of those cakes were by far superior to my actual wedding cake. Both of my bridal shower cakes were made by friends that make cakes as a hobby not a LIVING! A Day to Remember does make nice cakes depending on the day- but do you want to take that chance on your wedding cake?
