The Bay Pointe Inn & Suites is a beautiful place to have an outdoor lakeside wedding. The food is AMAZING :) The staff members were very professional. The Bay Pointe Inn is expensive, but I would say it is worth it.

The only incident I can complain about is that I wanted to cut our cake before we ate dinner and have the Inn serve the cake once the guest were almost done eating. The staff started serving the cake as soon as it was cut, before dinner; and when asked why, they said it was the Bride and Groom's request. Somewhere communication was lost.

I gave a three star rating for responsiveness because it was hard to get return emails and phone calls. The information I filled out for our BEO form came back incorrect and it took some time to get it corrected. The good thing is that everything was corrected and we had a wonderful wedding.

We hired Lotus' associate Josh to be our photographer and we absolutely adore him and his work! Josh had just the vision we were looking for and both our engagement and wedding photos turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Josh was so laid back and fun to work with! I only wish that Josh was able to blog his own work.

Sweet Cakes Design produced such a beautiful cake for us. It was exactly what we wanted! We were able to make different layers different flavors and fillings and it was all included in one price! I am not a big "sweets" fan and Sweet Cakes cake was AMAZING! I love the little mini cakes we tasted before we booked as well! (Barb even let us take home the left overs :) )

I loved my experience picking out my dress at Beckers! They have so much to choose from in an array of price ranges. I found my dream dress in less than 45 minutes.

I had my alterations done there and paid almost $200. While we were being introduced into the reception, I did an air guitar to ACDC's Thunderstruck! This busted off the clasp to my dress and the zipper would not stay up the rest of the reception. This was a bummer for my husband had to try and keep it covered in pictures. I was disappointed that I spent $200 and three trips (Becker's is an hour drive from my home) for something like this to happen.

Chuck Martin made my ceremony! He did an amazing job writing a custom ceremony that completely fit mine and my husband?s personalities. He was professional and easy to work with. He was there for us with anything that we needed and did an exceptional job.
