Beautiful location, very attentive staff THE DAY OF MY EVENT. The managers were very strict on the dos and dont's for the Hall, which made it a little difficult for our decorators and florist. I paid for an ice sculpture which they didn't provide the day of the reception, and that really upset me. The banquet manager was really aloof about payments and all, but they messed up my seating chart arrangements and it ended up that all my family tables were placed in the back of the Hall. (they didnt place the table numbers as per the diagram) But the hall was beautiful, in most part to the decorators, the beautiful chandeliers, and the food from Moghul catering was simply to die for.
By far the best Indian food I have ever eaten. Payal Mehta, my event manager, was simply wonderful from day one. The day of the event they came through with flying colors...everything from the cocktail hour to the deserts were amazing presented and every single one of my guests complimented the taste of the food and the visual appeal. Moghul Catering made my reception look as if it were fit for royalty. Simply unbelievable experience for all of the senses.
A wonderful experience, prompt and flexible with their time. The photo banner they made us was a big hit, and they made us feel very comfortable during our photo shoots. I really enjoyed working with HOT, they have a real eye for beauty and captured some beautiful shots during our events.
Good DJ, his lighting was a big hit. He had the dance floor moving during the reception, but he forgot some key moments during my wedding ceremony, claimed he couldn't hear the Priest, so left out the Shenai music, it was a real crucial moment that got ruined for me. Luckily none of my guests took note of the mishap.
It was a true pleasure working with Christine Viola, our Wedding Coordinator from EAP. She is simply a delightful person, truly caring. From our first meeting till my big day she gave her 100% and it showed. We highly recommend her, there was never an uncomfortable moment between us, and we were able to get great advice from her throughout the entire wedding process. My wedding day went very smooth in big part to her.
