Petals on 6th did an absolutely fantastic job with our floral decorations. Jennifer at Petals on 6th took my vision and exploded it into this beautiful landscape of everything we'd talked about. My wedding was in October and I wanted fall colors (orange, yellow, green, etc.) and more non-traditional type settings. She listened to what I wanted, worked with my budget, and I could not even believe how gorgeous everything turned out. All of the flowers were fresh and perfect.
Loved our wedding cake vendor, too! Black Forest Bakery was extremely delicious, allowed us to use a different flavor for each layer, and decorated it exactly how we wanted. Our taste test was the most fun. Upon our arrival there was a HUGE plate of all different types of cake and fillings for us to arrange and taste. Then the owner of the bakery sat with us personally to review what the cake would look like, style, and design. We were very pleased and they were extremely affordable!
I just love RK Bridal. I have four friends who have now purchased their dress from this store because of their quality of service, profressionalism, and value. I had a smaller budget for my dress ($1,500-$2,000) and upon my arrival to the store I was matched with my own personal consultant to help me find the dress of my dreams. Not only was I my consultant's only assigned customer for the time I was there, but she was solely focused on me finding exactly what I wanted. I gave her a description, she pulled some dresses, and voila! The first dress I tried on was the one I bought. I placed my order in May and got my dress in August (so you need to give them some leeway time for the dress to be made, altered, and shipped if need be). My recommendation is to arrive at this store early to get matched with a consultant as they are on a first come first serve basis.
I would recommend Invisible Touch Events for any wedding. We were looking for a DJ who could host the evening as well as include some events to keep our guests entertained and our DJ (Ryan with Invisible Touch) absolutely BLEW us away. He was great! Prior to the wedding we had a few over the phone consultations to go through the timeline, music, etc. He had some great suggestions on things to include throughout the night and helped us put together a dynamite timeline of events to keep the night going! He was extremely friendly and energetic and everyone kept asking if we knew him personally as he was completely in tune with what was going on. It was great! The best part is that after our cake cutting, Ryan taught everyone the Michael Jackson "Thriller" dance. It was a hit!
Wedding Paper Divas had a great invitation to fit the theme of our wedding. We had an outside ceremony and our reception was in a barn out in the California hills. The invites were just perfect. I loved everything about them: the right side flush of the text, the typeface, and the entire layout of the information. It was so easy to adapt the invite to include all information we needed and Wedding Divas did a great job in the proofing to ensure we had everything set up as per tradition. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Plus, the entire package for us was such a deal! We ended up purchasing a variety of things: save the dates, invitations, response cards, and thank you's. They also have a variety of things for all occassions!
