I have a mixed review with them. Everything turned out nicely (only a few complaints). The facilities are great. It has a historic feel and is beautiful, which in turn helps to make a beautiful wedding. The reception rooms are all very nice...we went with the largest and it was amazing. The problem is trying to contact them. They would return phone calls 5 days later if they returned them. We had the food testing and two months later they called asking what we wanted to eat. Same with the cake. You would think they would have some type of software that they could fill this in to keep track. It came down to the point that we had to take them a sheet with step by step instructions for everything with every detail. They loved this and were amazed that someone would have all this planned "a week before the wedding". Are you kidding me? They said no one ever plans weddings earlier than a week. But this could have just been because we got a coordinator that was being promoted to another area.

Oh and the food is good...though what we tried was amazing and what they served was good. So that was dissapointing after we bragged about how good it was.

Great Location...just make sure you are on top of things.

What a joke....do not, I repeat do not use this flower place unless you have no idea what you want and have lots of money to spend. They are over priced on everything. So much so that we did half of our flowers ourselves. The things we did turned out perfect...the things they did were okay.

The biggest thing they got wrong...they got the wrong color flower for me and for my bride. Our whole wedding was pink and white...seems simple enough right? The arch way was beautiful, the walk way was beautiful, the groomsmen boutinear (sp?) were beautiful. I was supposed to get a white rose with pink edges and my bride was supposed to get white tulips and white roses with pink edges (just like mine). What we got where orange roses with red edges. The whole wedding was white and pink....why would you even think about ordering orange and red????????????????????? We even gave them a color swatch that was pink. The worst part was looking at the pictures afterwards and seeing white roses with pink edges....in the archway. If I would have seen them earlier I was have made them fix everything.

The wedding cake is included in the price of having a wedding/reception at the Belleview. The cakes they recommend are amazing!! Both at the testing and at the wedding.

There are two things to be aware of that I am still mad about.
1. they got the color and pattern of the cake wrong!!!!!!!!! I personally made the cake design and printed it in color. We never got to talk to the chef, but my wife saw him as he started decorating it...he was doing it in the wrong color (we gave them a color swatch and my drawing) and he had the nerve to say that he did not think that was what we wanted. We ended up with a basic and marroon cake for a Pink wedding. The cake looked brown in the reception due to the lighting.

2. They cut the whole cake even though almost half of the guest had left to go home. They ended up with a pile of left over, unused, cake slices. Meanwhile I did not get any of the Strawberry cheese cake (we had two flavors)...they threw it all away!

Excellent. I don't know why Groom and Groomsmen would go anywhere else. I had groomsmen from 4 different states (and one from over seas). All of them were able to go to their local store and get measured. They then could either pay then or when they picked up the tuxes in FL. We got everything 10 tuxes (1 groom, 6 groomsmen, 1 ring boy, 2 fathers) on friday and returned them on monday. My tux pants where too short and a shirt was missing from another...we drove to the nearest store and they fixed everything right away no questions asked.

This is the place to go to rent tuxes.

I highly recommend them. While they did not have a long enough cable for us to run a video they did everything else perfectly...including our special entrance to the reception. Overall I would highly recommend them.

We have not gotten our video back yet...they take 6 months (they tell you this up front). But so far we have been thoroughly impressed. I didn't even notice them during the ceremony (according to the pics there were all over, even right between our arch getting a close up). They saved us when the DJ did not have a long enough AV cable. And they used their light on the camera to give the photographer enough light to take extra pics outside while everyone was enjoying the reception.

I highly recommend them!!

I do not remember the specific person I dealt with, but I did get the engagement ring at the St. Pete store and the wedding rings in Citrus Park. Both places were excelent. They searched and ordered the diamond I wanted. Then when the mini diamonds popped out of the band after resizing they had another one ordered from the factory specifically for me. With the bands they ordered one again for my wife so it would be sized specifically for her (4.75) and sized mine. Then when we went to pick them up (we payed two months earlier) they had a promotion for a free vase. My wife asked if we could have one and they said yes.

It cost a lot but the service they offered was excelent!!
