Very professional and got some great shots. We also got all the images they took, which totaled about 600, on a CD to keep. Our photographer, Luis, was phenomenal. Their price is also very reasonable and I feel the quality of their work is much better than some of the higher end, more well-known places.
Creations by Lynn did a phenomenal job. I did not even meet with them once in person, just simply described what I would like to see and they outdid themselves!!! Everything was exactly the look that I had envisioned and the flowers look absolutely stunning in the pictures. They are a smaller florist but definitely worth it...absolutely spectacular.
Fabulous looking cake and very helpful during the tasting. I was sent home with a box of various cake slices and fillings. Wonderful business. Wedding cake was included in the reception package purchased at Wyndham hotel
Jerry Bruno is a professional service but the particular DJ we chose was not at all up to what I imagine the company standards are. We met with our DJ, Spencer, prior to our reception and gave him a list of songs we'd like to have played, and the timeline of how we'd like the event to go that evening. Not only were almost none of our songs played and the timeline was completely wrong, but he became quite irritated when several of my bridesmaids came up to ask him to play a song. He even got quite angry with one when she snapped his picture. Could have been MUCH better and this is my only regret of the wedding. Spencer was one of the less pricier DJ's at this company so I guess you get what you pay for! Jerry Bruno Productions responded with the the following comments: Dear eag828,
I am sorry that we didn't see this response from you closer to your wedding date. When we hear that a client isn't completely satisfied, we always discuss the matter with the artist that was hired. So I would ask that any unhappy customers contact us at the office so we can handle the issue in a prompt manner. We have no record of you contacting our office to discuss this matter, and when your review was posted here, we were not receiving "you have a new review" alerts from WeddingWire.com. We are now, however, and will be able to respond in a more timely fashion.
We did discuss this matter with your DJ, and apologize for any actions that appeared inappropriate. Spencer does not recall getting his picture taken; perhaps he was busy with the music or with his equipment and this was construed as disinterest. He does remember that the photography took a while to complete following dinner, which pushed the dancing back by 10-15 minutes, but that the crowd was happy and packed on the dance floor the rest of the evening.
Again, we appreciate client comments so that we know how our artists are performing, as we cannot be at every event to supervise. And we want our artists to know that we do communicate with our clients after events and that we do get updates on how they performed. This helps everyone perform better and get better service at future events.
GREAT vendor for extremely reasonable price. The only thing that I wish I had done differently was paid a bit extra to keep him there a little longer. He missed the great video footage once the dancing really got started! But through no fault of his. Video is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend Pixer to anyone looking into videography. Extremely professional...I did not even know he was there most of the time!
