rivercenter-groom-to-be 		I could not agree with you more about the River Center. I am currently planning my wedding there for this year. The venue itself is exactly what my fiancee and I dreamed of, and Zenia McJimson is doing all she can to ruin it. I will also write a review on whatever website I can find, making this point, after the wedding. But since I can't afford to antagonize Zenia right now, I'm limiting myself to agreeing with you. I'm glad that based on your review, your wedding was still a joyous occasion.

Although this is one of the most beautiful venues in Los Angeles, the coordinator there Zenia McJimpson
that works for LA River Center and Gardens. Is shocklingly rude, unprofessional and just disgustingly bitter person. She made the entire process of the dealing with this venue difficult. I am not certain what her issue is with women getting married, but in every occassion that I dealt with her she was obnoxious. Yet whenever my fiancee talked to her or dealt with her she was nice to him.

The venue it self is beautiful, the rest of the staff are polite and professional. The ranger that was present the day of the wedding was incrediably nice.

LA River Center and Gardens really needs to consider replacing Zenia with somene who is a little more customer service oriented.

Meredith and Donaji, made my wedding truely amazing. The wedding turned out better than I expected. I was very nervous when the manager of the venue (LA River Center and Gardens) told me that Event Professionals was not an approved vendor only 1 month before the wedding. I got all my rentals from them and they were also the wedding coordinators. They handled the ceremony and reception flawlessly. Meredith and Donaji made sure everything was taken care of and done to my specifications.

I would highly reccommend Event Professionals.
