The Inn at Morro Bay was the most perfect destination for our daughter's wedding reception, indeed, for the entire wedding weekend. The setting on the bay provided a gorgeous backdrop for the cocktail reception, just beautiful California elegant.
I have to mention the food right now-absolutely fantastic fabulous-! We received so many complements from our guests.Executive Chef Tony Reeves is an artist with food and takes great pride in the organic origins and preparation of every item you are served.Truly he prepared a wedding feast for us. Not one thing could be improved from my point of view, and in my heart I'm an eastcoast snob! Thank you Tony!
The catering manager was superb. He took care of us for room service and breakfast lunch and dinner for 4 days, always attentive to what we wanted in such a timely manner. The asst manager did a stellar job as well. I flushed out all the details pre-wedding and the rest was in her hands and the well trained (almost invisible) wait staff.
The reception,the brunch the following day,everything was handled to perfection. They made our daughter's wedding reception a dream come true. Thanks for the memories!

Bella Castle Photography are what the Bachrachs of Boston were in the 20's and 30's-true artists in wedding photography! They produced the most incredible shots and lighting from the most improbable settings.
Al and Jane were amazing to work with -almost invisible during some of the most touching and intimate moments of a bride and her family on the most important day of the bride's life.
They guided the nervous mother of the bride on what to do , where to be (at what time) and even gave me a ride to the Mission Church when everyone had left me behind!
The pictures are GORGEOUS! They worked so subtley and took marvelous pictures of us all laughing and celebrating one of life's greatest family celebrations.
I feel so fortunate to have found them. Other photographers even recommended them, and that is high praise. The only difficulty will be in limiting the number of pictures for our albums- ther was not one bad or off shot in over 1000 pictures taken! Thank you Al and Jane for all that you did to capture these blessed hours for us!

Taffy Gonzales is the most amazing detailed wedding planner I ever had the pleasure of working with.Not only did she consider minutia that would never have occured to me , she gave me the greatest gift of all--The ability for me (the mother of the bride) to be a guest at the wedding and absolutely enjoy everyone and everything from the wedding ceremony at the Mission to cocktails by the bay and the wedding reception itself.
Taffy was fully invested in our event running as smoothly and being as happy and beautiful as it was.
In all honesty, I have never enjoyed a wedding reception as much as my daughter's, and from my perspective, that is truly amazing!
She is a true professional, and she wanted and achieved my vision for the wedding plus some exquisite flourishes which she suggested.
Taffy made my daughter's wedding day a joy for our family and wedding guests. Thank you Taffy you were wonderful!

Julie at Cover Ups completely transformed the reception room from a very business-like atmosphere to a wedding fantasy, by draping and uplighting the walls to the fastidious table linens and draping of cake etc tables as well.
I'm from the eastcoast and couldn't believe that they had perfectionists in California who could do such fabulous work.
If I had another daughter, I would do it -just the same way -all over again.
Thank you Julie for an exquisite setting for our daughters's wedding. You exceeded my highest expectations!
