My wedding was very pretty however I think the catering was way overpriced for what we got. I could have had my wedding at a nicer venue that would have had shrimp and filet mignon for what I paid!! Don't get me wrong they weren't extremely expensive but for just eating chicken at a buffet...I could have gotten way more somewhere else. Now that I am planning my sisters quinceanera, I am finding so many more places that would have given me my dream wedding for way less.

The staff is very nice, they are pretty flexible but there were some things that I felt they could have done better. For instance they would not let me give my vendors, vendor meals. I had to pay full price for my vendors to eat what my guests were eating. I have been to other people's weddings at the Hyatt and they allow vendor meal which is a boxed sandwhich chips or anything you want to feed your vendors because you are already paying them to be there. I felt they could have bent a little on that part. The other thing is you are already paying an arm and a leg for catering but on top of that for a dinner reception they did not offer floor length linens. they only give you the room with half length linens. (not sure what they are called) I had to rent white floor length linens and the other locations I have checked on offer that with the catering and evening reception package!! There were a few more kinks I would have to say they could fix.

I got my wedding dress along with my flower girls and brides maids gowns here at Bowie, MD David's bridal. Over all the dresses were bueatiful and my dress was exactly what I wanted. The price was great and they do offer payment plans so that you can get everything you wanted. The only thing that bothered me was that the people there are rude. They don't really have manners and they act like they don't see you when you are standing right in there face.

I originally got a dress put it on a payment plan and when I went home I kept thinking about another dress I saw. I mainly got that one because a lot of my family member liked it but it wasn't what I wanted. I decided to go back try on the dress I kept thinking about and I fell in love. I wanted to exchange the dress I had on the payment plan for the new dress and they would not allow me to. I had to pay off the other plan first before i could do that. So I had to start a new payment plan and I had to pay off the other one on top of having to pay on my new payments plan then on top of that for them to put my veil and accessories with the new plan, even though I found another veil I wanted it had to cost exactly the same as the other payment plan or they wouldn't let me because they would be loosing money they said!! Talk about stressful. i was very upset with them on that one!!

I hired Bri to plan my wedding for almost 200 people and she had only 2 months to plan it. I knew it would be tough finding a planner that would take a wedding under those odds but she said she could do it. I was surprised at how responsive she was when I would call or send emails. She always got right back to me and was right on top of any changes I would give her. She offerd advice and suggestions but would take on any idea I wanted for my big day!! She was very professional and on time. The wedding looked great...beyond my expectations. I have already referred her to some of my friends that are getting married!! They loved everything at my wedding and told me that it was the most bueatiful wedding they ever went to. That means a lot. I was very happy!! :)
