The folks at The Don Vicente Inn were amazingly responsive during my entire planning process leading up to the wedding. I am sure I drove them nuts with all of my e-mails, but they responded with lightening speed to all of my inquiries. The venue is stunning! My pictures are amazing because you just cannot take a bad picture in this venue! The accomidations are gorgeous and all of my guests enjoyed their stay. The staff truly did an amazing job! I love this place and will be back for anniversaries to come!

I bought my dress from Jon's bridal and it was gorgeous! Very original as they have many designer originals. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive and one person it totally dedicated to you during your entire fitting session. They provide semi-private seating for family and friends to watch as you model varyign dresses and the store is just gorgeous. Love this place!

Denny and his crew of videographers (2+ Denny) were awesome, amazing, curteous, polite and just plain fun to work with! I would recommend his services to any and all brides. He even came to my rehearsal to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted! I hired him to do the videography for the wedding and to create and run a slide show during the reception. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks so much Denny!

I met with and hired Allison who seemed to be very nice and well organized only for "day of" services for the date of my wedding. I did all planning and organization for the entire day myself and Allison's job was to make sure things ran smoothly for rehearsal and the day of the wedding and reception. It was not until the week of my wedding that I started to feel that Allison's attitude was less than positive.

She was supposed to attend my final walk through with the staff of the wedding venue with me the week of but due to a car accident she could not make it at the last minute. I understand things like this happen and it was not a big deal. The day of my rehearsal, she showed up immediately complaining about how hot it was and shouting orders and questions to my family and friends. She also acted annoyed that the manager of the wedding venue did not have time to meet with her since she did not show up to the final walk through with me due to her accident. She also approached my photographer who was present and barraged him about why he had not called her back the previous day. I was floored by this as he happened to be one of my closest friends.

The day of my wedding numerous things went wrong with seating arrangements and chair setup, but I did a lot of running around up and down stairs while I supposed to be sitting getting my hair and makeup done because things were not being done as they should or others were not able to make the decisions that needed to be made. When my cake arrived it was in very poor shape and had melted. I tried to keep a positive attitude because what can really be done at that point to fix it anyway? Mean while Allison made comments to me such as "that's why I told you not to hire a friend to do your cake". What exactly does a comment like that do for someone who is standing in their wedding dress waiting to get married?

Overall Allison was very negative, did a lot of sitting around looking irritated and was blatantly rude to many of my vendors and family and friends.

I must say however, that her assistant, Melissa, was wonderful, pleasant, caring and kind. On numerous occasions during and after the ceremony she told me how beautiful I looked and seems to really mean it. She was also constantly asking me how I was doing and was just a very kind person over all.

I would not recommend Allison or use her again. I would recommend Melissa and use her again.

We have never had contact with this bride and feel that this response was made by a "fake" or "made up" wedding wire account user. We have no control over the vendors who are allowed to create "bride" accounts and post negative comments on other vendors in order to place themselves higher on the list. Please take into account our other reviews, as you will see, they are all happy brides!!!!
