Our flowers weren't just beautiful - they were EXCITING to look at! Allison is 5th generation in her business and her talent shines! I provided photos and ideas (some from martha stewart), and Allison was quick to let me know the flower types that would not hold up. She took my limited vision and made it a breathtaking reality. Every picture of an idea that i provided, she made it better. We had a cake "tree" and a "backdrop" that needed creative decorating - by the time she was done, they looked like they came from a magazine! She created wreaths to go around a homemade centerpiece and worked with me to make them affordable. Bouquets were perfect and Allison provided a way to keep them fresh throughout the event. I must have changed my mind half a dozen times, and she was always happy to oblige and eager to consider any "ripple effect" with the other arrangements. She worked so hard to "connect" all the flower types. At the last minute I asked if she could transport the large and heavy arrangements from the church, and she quickly made it happen. I had interviewed two other Grand Rapids florists, and it turned out I knew more about flower "types" then they did! Not with Allison - she was knowledgable and always professional. Her estimates were very clear and specific, i didn't have to guess or wonder what the end statement would be. The summer months are busy in the flower business, and despite so many weddings, Allison always returned my calls or emails within a few days. We had huge hanging wreaths and large arrangements that went home with family members after the event, and they continued to enjoy them for nearly a week! We were overjoyed with Allison, her talent, her flexibility and the quality of her flowers. We wouldn't have changed a thing.

Wow! Amber was simply an awesome surprise. I hired her from a web ad and an initial long distance phone interview. I needed someone that could "be me" and ensure the reception hall was set-up properly, that all the items we provided were arranged, the vendors' deliveries coordinated and that certain areas were designed to fit in with the theme. Amber understood my vision and executed all the necessary tasks to make our reception absolutely perfect. She was over-the-top organized, always responsive, super flexible, and a clever designer. Every transaction was handled professionally, I never had to guess, and I could count on her to accept additional tasks as the wedding week progressed. Absolutely worth every penny and she charged a much more reasonable fee than many of her colleagues. Totally happy with her performance.
