We were both members of the Track and Field team at UW-LaCrosse. We went the whole year without noticing each other (well, he noticed me) until he mustered up enough courage to ask me out. We went out for ice cream one evening and as the saying goes "it was all history". We talked everyday from that point on. He truly has become my best friend!!
The Ring
Oh, my ring is absolutely beautiful. It is 14K white gold, 1 and 1/4 circle center diamond with small circle diamonds surrounding it and two small diamonds on the outside of the outer circle. It also has diamands around the band. It's really hard to explain, but it is VERY sparkly :)
Just wanted to stop by and tell you that his proposal story brought tears to my eyes. May you have marital bliss. congrats to you both.
