The cost was much lower than other places I looked into, and the food was excellent. The service and responsiveness was also excellent. We decorated the room ourselves, and they provided us a lot of time to do so the day before. They were very helpful when setting up for the ceremony outside.

Joy made my wedding day an excellent day to remember. Her photography skills have a special touch which provides not just pictures, but a complete story. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience I had with her.

Other places I looked at, charged extra for different cake flavors, but Patty didn't. She sat down with us and went through many examples of different cakes, and was able to decorate it exactly how we wanted it. She had everything done promptly, and I didn't even know she was there setting everything up. She takes personal pride in what she does. Patty is also a very pleasant person to work with.

It was very nice to be able to get my wedding dress, bridesmaid's dresses, the tuxes, and my flower girl and mini bride's dresses there. It was basically a one stop shop at a reasonable price. They worked on a tight time frame to get all of the alterations done the day before my wedding since I had bridesmaids coming in from out of state the day before. Everything worked out great.

Everyone had their hair and make-up done right there. Everything was done in a timely manner. They just worked with us when we changed our minds about things. They also did a wonderful job with my step-daughter's hair (they were 5 and 6). I had many compliments, along with my bridesmaids, about how beautiful our hair was.

This is a family owned business. Everyone was very personable, and provided my husband and I with their undivided attention. We looked at the big name jewelers, and did not like the service and pressure we received from them. Not once did we feel that way at Princess Jewelers.
