We had our ceremony and recepetion in the Hyatt ballroom. Everything went smoothly day of the wedding, but leading up they changed coordinators 3 times which was a little concerning. They food was adundent, and the cocktail hour was amzing. I think the entrees were not as good as the tasting. You get a lot included in the package, but it is pricey.
Sharone is great! They are really willing to work with your budget. However, there were some issues and the centerpieces were not what we saw in our mock up. I was disappointed in many of the items we rented as well. I would just make sure you take pictures of everything you want and stay on top of them.
Our cake was included in our reception packagae, so we were a little worried..but Custom Cakes was great! We love that red velvet was not an additional charge and the cake tasted great and was exactly what we asked for design wise. I was a little upset that you have to pay for additional flavors and that ribbon and special "dots" were extra too. However our cake was included so adding a few extras was not a big deal. Custom Cake Design, Llc responded with the the following comments: We offer 25 delifhtfully moist cake flavors .All are included in our hotel wedding packages as long as you choose one flavor per wedding cake .If a second flavor is desired we do charge a nominal fee .Any extra decoration that are above the package designs are additional. Time equal money....
I loved P. Lawrence and working with Jeannie! My dress was fabulous. I went back several times because I was trying to decide between two and they were always really accomodating. There were some issues in that they had my phone number wrong (so couldn't call me when a dress I came in to try on was bought off the rack), my wedding date was incorrect so I ended up ordering my dress way earlier than I needed to, and some other communication issues. However in the end my dress was correct, gorgeous, and perfect! I took it elsewhere for alterations because I found it to be way more expensive to have them done at the shop.
Anthony Simpson was our DJ and he was great. Leading up I had a few issues with communication, but day of he was fantastic. My dad and I wanted to end our dance a little early and we just shot him a look and he faded out for us! He was on top of everything and the wedding went very smoothly.

Fabulous!! One of the easiest vendors by far to work with. Neil is great, responds right away to emails and questions, and is very thorough. I had no concerns leading up at all. Day of they were great. I can't say that I had much interation with them, or even heard much (my mind was elsewhere!), but I got lots of compliments. I highly recommend them!
One of my favorite vendors! Allison made my invites, rehearsal dinner invites, dessert reception invites, and thank you cards. I wish I had more invites for them to make. We had many people tell us they were the most beautiful invites they had ever seen. Being responsive is a very important trait to me in choosing a vendor, and Allison always got back to me quickly. She gives her clients a lot of care and attention and it shows in the final product. Go see her, you won't be disappointed!

I LOVE Nicole. I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life. Not only does she do amazing work, but she is an awesome person. She is so much fun to have with you day of. My mother and bridesmaids were also so happy with their look. I have only met Nicole twice- at my trial and then the wedding, but I feel like she is a friend. I can't wait for my free make up lesson that is included in the package! Hurry ladies, she books fast!!!

Highly Recommend- Ashley is awesome! I loved my hair and it stayed the whole night. My main thing was not having my hair look completely different at the end of the night- which I have seen way too many times! I still wanted it to be soft and elegant, and I think it came out perfectly. I had tons of compliments. She even dealt well with my mother who changed her hair at least 5 times. Ashley did my hair, both mothers, and 2 of my bridesmaids. Everyone loved their hair!
My engagement ring, band, and necklace are from Charleston. My mom liked my jewelry so much she even went and had her rings reset after 30 years of marriage! I would go back to Charleston again for future purchases. They are a bit pricey, but will always offer you a discount.
Teresa is fantastic! I never thought about a thing during the reception, just got to relax and enjoy myself. I knew she was taking care of everything. I am not sure I would have made it that last week without her. She also ran my rehearsal and helped out at the brunch the next morning. One of the best decisions we mad was to hire Teresa!
