The Waterford was a great place to have the reception. We had ours in the Gibson Ballroom, and even though it was the smallest of all the ballrooms, it was beautiful and the perfect size for our wedding. The Waterford was very accomodating through the whole process. There was a mix-up once where they thought I had cancelled the wedding, but it got handled quickly, and they were very apologetic. Overall, it was a great experience.

For my wedding, I ordered a three tier wedding cake and a groom's cake. The wedding cake was delicious, even though I can't stand fondant on cakes. The groom's cake was everyone's favorite. My groom loves baseball, and Linda made a baseball field with an orioles hat on top. It was adorable! On the inside, it was pistachio cake with raspberry filling. The cake was so moist and tasted great.
