Unbelievable, definitely critical aspect of planning that helped make the event magical. The idea of not using them would have completely changed the weekend. They were very proactice team with clear insight and industry knowledge. They were unobtrusive and yet very impactful in their capabilities. Plus, the whole team was so nice and charming...
