Hi Lashanda! First, in the future, can you please not type in all caps? It's jarring to read and distracting and looks like you're yelling at us.

Is Jen Jen House a store in your area or a website? If it's a physical store, can you add in your city/area so ladies from around there might be able to give you feedback? If it's only online, get us the URL so we can see if it's a knock off site.

Also, I hope you'll consider updating your avatar to something unique so we can remember you and help you more in the future -- the default avatars can get lost in the crowd or ignored. Smiley sad Here's how to do that and more: https://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-forums/new-to-the-weddingwire-forums-please-read-before-you-post/b433c40c1a62b96a.html

I understand you aren't screaming, but I'm pointing out what it looks like to others who read it. I'd like for you to be able to get help on whatever you might post here, and simply advising that not posting in all caps is helpful. And I understand you may be new, that's why I also pointed you in the direction of how to update your avatar -- it wasn't a directive to do so right now.

If you noticed the rest of my comments, I asked for clarification regarding Jen Jen House. Is it a physical store in your are or is it a website? You are likely to get more responses with a little more information regarding that store. Can you tell us more about it so we can try to help you?

Sorry to say that is a Chinese knock off site. The dresses are cheap because the dress you would get is cheap. For you and any other ladies considering going this route, PLEASE DON'T!! And that is me yelling, I really mean it. Smiley winking

Here are some posts with stories about what you actually get:

Look at those posts to see the ACTUAL quality, or lack thereof.

Have you actually tried on dresses yet? What I thought I wanted did not look good on me. And the dress my mother and I both fell in love with (which is a feat!) was nothing like what I was looking for.

David's Bridal often has sales and are reasonably priced for most of their dresses. Sample sales can also offer some savings. Heck, one bride on here found her dress for $50 at Goodwill, an Oleg Cassini.

There are tons of other options for you. There are classifieds on a number of wedding websites (though not on here) as well as pre-owned dress sites where brides sell dresses they may have worn once, if at all - some ladies just changed their mind.

I suggest going to David's, try on some dresses and see what silhouettes look best on you -- most of us aren't built like the models. Once you know that, you can really focus on getting your dream dress at a good price.

Or if you've already done that and happen to know the designer/style name or number, we can help you find it on some of those pre-owned dress sites.

Please, please do not order a Chinese dress, or I"LL have to go to all caps! Yes, there are a few brides who've been reasonably happy, but most are not.

There are probably consignment stores near you (there is a fab one in NJ, and one of my brides found a gown for under 500 that looked amazing), or Bridal Garden or yes, DB.

Not a problem, we're here to help. Like I said, if you try stuff on and really like something, get the designer name/style and let us know, we'll try and track it for you. And we've got plenty of other money saving tips if you need. Happy planning (and dress shopping!)

    My nightmare at JenJenHouse.com

Don't buy any dress from this place.

I ordered a dress from this web, first of all, they missed the deadline, secondly the dress is absolutely not like the picture, and, they changed the picture on their web. After they made this dress, So, I actually got this prototype they simulated and it is awful. (See the two pictures attached – fortunately I saved the original picture it was on their web when I placed my order).

I asked for return and refund, but in order to contact them, the phone # is not working, the only way is open the ticket in their web, but they deleted it and ignore me.

    Frustration!!!! is all I got.

Someone has to stop them cheating on people. I hope I did search on the web about their review before I order it, there are so many angry customers, I don’t know about the good reviews, it looks suspicious.

I have NEVER had experience like this, I can’t believe how they can still be around.

Ladies please be warned that this place does terrible work. I paid $645.00 dollars for 4 dresses for my sons wedding. They changed the promised date 3 times! (do not believe them when they give you a date!) 1 never came! 2 looked nothing like the picture and had badly snagged lace and were horribly sewn (they seriously looked like Halloween costumes sewn by a 10 year old). The little one for my granddaughter was the only one wearable! It was very cute. They say they give you 7 days to get a return number if it was sized wrong or damaged, but they then ignore your emails for 7 days making it impossible to get a return number!!! We were left running around the night before my son's wedding trying to find dresses. Seriously, do not waste your money here!!!! These people are very dishonest. I plan to put the word out on every website I can find to keep people from being robbed like I was. They also delete all negative reviews from their website and only post the 5 stars. Scam
