where did you get your FH weding ring from?
FH wants a wedding ring that is a little unique and not like everyone else's. He's found this one that is really really ugly and says it's the only non "generic" one he can find, so I desperately need some places to look for unique, but not too crazy wedding bands!--- any help would be greatly appreciated--- thanks!

soon to be...

Let's see, we are probably going to get FH's on amazon.com. At first FH tried to pull the whole "but I don't want to wear a ring. Why can't I have a nice pendant? LOL!" I nipped that in the bud real quick with a "you ARE wearing a ring." After I explained that a necklace does not symbolize that you are married, he understood. Anyway, back on topic. My FH does not want a shiny ring. He found a dull, darker titanium ring on amazon that he likes.

We got his ring from overstock.com. (http://www.overstock.com/Jewelry-Watches/Wedding-Rings/2361/cat.html)

Like jlacy1987, my FH didn't want a ring either, but I talked him into it since it isn't a traditional ring. He chose a gold and titanium ring. My ring is white gold and my band will be titanium to "match".

Have you thought of having one custom made? He could gather pictures of the elements he likes and let a jewelry designer make him a one of a kind ring.

We are getting his ring at the same jewelers that custom made my engagement ring and where we got my wedding band. You should look at local non chain jewelers, they usually have more unique pieces than chain stores and are also very helpful with custom made pieces.

My FH can't wait to get his ring! I am going to forevertungstenring.com and getting him a tungsten ring with a silver inlay. I've never seen a ring like that before but it's not too crazy. They have quite a few designs that are fairly unique but still attractive. Good luck!

I LOVE this wedding band idea:

or this style:

Both sellers are from etsy, here's the link to their sites:

I TOTOALLY would of sone a white gold ring like that but it was outta my price range, so My dad picked up a plain white gold band, 7mm, with "Love Always Trinidy" engraved on the inside in Abu Dabi, UAE

This site has some tungsten rings that have different finishes on the exterior. Maybe he'd like one of them. I think Mrs. Schmidts idea is awesome too! Those are great!

He works in a correctional facility so he had to have something strong that won't crack or bend easily so we went with a Tungsten from Zales.

My FH is not a ring person either. We went with a white gold and tungsten inlay ring from Samuel's.

Welllll... I don't have FH's yet.. but will pretty soon. One of my BM's and I just went to a Bosco's Bridal show locally, and the way they lured brides in was a free wedding band set, $600 value... so, i figured there was some catch.

But we went and they gave me a post card with info on it, and a gift card glued to it.. the website is: http://www.jvljewelry.com/

My engagement ring was a bridal set so i dont need a band.. i'm just getting him a Tungsten band from the site above.. i just have to pay S&H which i think is $25. But.. if you really look around Tungsten isn't THAT expensive.. you can find really nice rings on Amazon, eBay, etc for much less.. this website says the rings are like $300... i'm pretty sure you can find one for less though. I'm only getting one from this site because its $25!
