Just wanted to reach out to my fellow June 2013 brides as I started the bridal boot camp part of getting married :0) I thought it might help keep me motivated if I could find another person(s) that wanted to do weekly/monthly checkins about visiting the gym and eating right, or whatever your own fitness/health goals are. So far I have changes my eating a bit and have been food logging for 2ish weeks and lost 3 lbs. Now I need to get my butt moving, instead of being a couch potato all weekend.
