Wedding Mad Libs

We did them! We had them out next to our guestbook, and they wound up totally overshadowing the guestbook lol. We got some great results though. Just make sure there is a line for them to write their names!

We did them at my engagement party and sat them by the guest book.

We had advice cards - basically just writing prompts instead of fill in the blanks. We also got some pretty entertaining ones. The prompts were things like "You wish for us..." "Places we should travel to..."

The only time i've seen these is on the flip side of the programs, which I thought was brilliant. As the people were sitting in their seats, waiting for the ceremony to start, they had something to have fun with, and one of the older RB's collected them on the way out. I thought it was adorable.

Great idea putting them on the programs. Also really like the advice notes idea. I was thinking I would leave one at each place setting and add a note to the bottom for people to drop them in the card box.

My work people did that for us at my work shower!! Very funny.

We had them at my family bridal shower. The best one, by far, belonged to my cousin who was apparently on quite a "50 Shades of Gray" kick. I loved 'em!

My friend did them and they were on a table and got missed by a lot of people, but the bridal party was encouraging people to do them, which helped. So if you have them at the seats and/or have your MC make an announcement, I think they'll be successful.

We aren't doing them, but I think it is a super cute idea.

We are having them! I saw one I loved on Etsy but the lady wanted $45 *just* for the PDF to print. Um, no. That's outrageous. I have a friend that has Photoshop that made us ours using the other one as inspiration. Paid her $20. I'll find a pic of them...

We areally placing one at each seat for the reception. I plan to appoint someone (probably my sister) to go around and gather them and put them in the cardbox and/or an announcement will be made at the beginning of the reception about them and where to out them after they are finished. We plan to read them on our honeymoon. :-)

I used Vistaprint to print them. Size is 6"x9"

I finished my design (which goes along with the other stationary (invitations, rsvp cards, etc.) that I designed for our wedding. I'm going to have everything printed at Vistaprint. These will be on the 4" x 8" note cards. Let me know what you think!

We decided to do them so we can choose the top three and have them framed in our house. We like showcasing humorous stuff, so we thought it would be perfect. Oh, and we're placing them on the table settings.

Very cute! I think we're putting ours on the table settings too, just to make sure they aren't missed. I'm also going to make little coloring books or cards for the kids.

Are you using the little golf pencils, or pens?
