Unity Candle Search....
Right, so I was on Craigslist, looking for nothing really when I stumbled upon a Unity Candle for sale. It wasn't the normal looking candle though. It was one large pillar candle, split in half with a design in the center. As part of the ceremony, I assume, you place the two halves together. A "two halves become one" candle I guess. I LOVED it, but when I tried to find it online, just in case the Craigslist sale didn't work out, I couldn't find it any where. Does ANYONE know where to find this candle?

Can you post a picture of it? Or the link to the sale?

Sorry I don't know where to find something like that but I wanted to say that that looks really nice and I like the symbolism, very sweet. I'm all for the unusual unity candles, but I went with making one myself because everywhere I looked just had normal pillar candles with ribbon or little jewels on them.

Yeah, I really hope the candle is still available. I showed my FH and he liked the idea, it was really similar to something he mentioned very early on in the planning stage. Its only $10, so if we do buy it and end up not liking it as much as we think we will, FH said us it as an ambiance candle or something.
