Shoe Help!
Speaking of shoes... I have just recently become a shoe loving kind of girl, but this means my collection is very limited and currently all black. I have my bachelorette party dress and bridal shower dress and am thinking of getting new shoes to go with them (preferably one pair)... I thought maybe nude shoes would be best because they are neutral and would not draw attention away from the dress but now I'm not so sure. Should I go nude, black, or white????

I think the nude would go better with both dresses, second choice would be white.

I like the nude ones you posted in your original post the best - I always go nude over white (personally anyway) - I think it's a much nicer look.

That's what I'm thinking too, I thought black might be too dark and stand out too much, and then I showed them to two of my bridesmaids and they're like "but.. nude shoes with white polka dots?" and started making me second guess myself... But I though nude was like, the go with everything kind of shoe?

Being that I'm not a shoe wh*re, I'm happy to see that I've learned something from my more fashionable friends and you ladies, of course. :)

Nude, absolutely.

That's kinda weird for your bridesmaids to make that comparison. I feel like that's comparable to saying "white polka dots with skin?" Nude is called nude for a reason, the point is to blend in.

Haha me too! I knew I would get the best answers here :) Thanks ladies. I will stick with my nude shoe hunt. It has been unsuccessful so far but I haven't made the trip out to DSW (and from their website, it seems I will have many options!) so I think I will be doing that tomorrow!! That first pair is my number one pick for sure..

Hahaha Trena, I thought that too! I guess they thought I should match my shoes to the dress more and wear white, and while I'm sure that would probably look cute, I think nude would look better with the second dress and I really don't want to buy two new pairs of shoes.

Okay, I always want to buy two new pairs of shoes, but I *shouldn't*.

I bought a nude pair of rounded toe pumps right when I got engaged and I have never worn a pair of shoes so many times in my life... I love them and they match everything. I would definitely say invest in a good pair but Nude is the way to go :)
