I seriously have a headache...

My FH and I originally planned to have a rather decent sized wedding with 80 guests tops. The guest list began to grow and grow with family members from Scotland wanting to come from my FH's family and so on and so forth. Now the guest list is at 192 and my FMIL is having a complete melt down that now all her friends aren't invited. They are not paying for the wedding at all. We are paying for the wedding ourselves but yet they feel their family is getting the shaft. My FMIL is telling everyone how my family is invited but theirs isn't. My FH actually has more people on the guest list than I do but yet his family is getting the shaft because she isn't getting her way. I just have a headache and needed to vent :/

maybe he should show her their family has more people on the guest list?
im in the same boat about my FMIL not getting her way! frustrating...i understand!

Yeah I agree with Whitni, show her the actual list and confront her about what she's telling people & reality. She really does not have a say since she is not even helping pay for anything!! Sometimes FMIL's can be such a pain. Mine always feels the need to put her two cents in over and over expecially if she doesn't like our ideas.
