the yummiest salad ever (I can eat an entire big bowl of that stuff to myself lol)

Baked stuffed chicken (stuffed with sundried tomato and mozzarella bread stuffing) served with potato and vegetable

We are serving:

Cocktail hour:
Gourmet Meatballs
Ham and cheese mini biscuits
and one other hors d'oeurve

Dinner:
Pan fried chicken with a white sawmill gravy
mac and cheese
green beans
broccoli cheddar soup
yeast rolls and biscuits

We are also contemplating a grilled cheese station with tomato soup to be out throughout the night.

Punch, sweet tea, and water.

We will be drinking from mason jars. Country/rustic wedding if you couldn't already tell lol!

Cocktail hour (only ended up being a half hour but yanno!)

Chicken chipolte meatballs

Dinner:

Ceasar salad

Choice of entree:
Dijon pork tenderloin with amaretto infused whipped sweet potatoes
Grilled chicken with white bbq aioli sauce with garlic roasted potatoes
Both came with fresh ( on site) sauteed veggies ..included asparagus, carrots, squash and zucchini
Wheat rolls / butter

Vegetarian dish - Lasagna rolls

Children's plate - Chicken strips, mac n cheese and green beans

Dessert -
Wedding cake! Also had a grooms cake

Late night snack -
Hot dogs with all the fixins! :)

Freshly spun cotton candy

Our appetizers will be veggies and cheese and crackers (guests can help themselves) and then two other appetizers (undecided on which ones) will be served..

Then salads and rolls will be served to the tables..

Then the buffet meal includes:
Beef bourginion, chicken pomodoro, alfredo pasta, roasted red skins, green beans, and carrots

Then, cake, of course! :)

Our appetizers will be passed around (prime cheddar burger sliders, mini crab cakes, chicken tenders)

Lunch will be ceasar salad, salmon and ny strip steak paired with mash potatoes and veggies.

Dessert is an ice cream sundae bar and wedding cake

We just had heavy hors doeuvre, and honestly I don't remember what most of them were :) It was delicious, I remember that, and there were TONS of leftovers, and people still compliment me on how good the food was.

I know there was chicken, and smoked salmon, and probably fruit and veggie trays...


Dessert was the wedding cake and a groom's cake.
Oh, and the cocktail hour had tea/lemonade/soft drinks and little snack size bags of everything you can imagine.
