Reception dress??

Ok, I'm thinking of doing a reception dress, not only do I love the idea.. but I'm thinking it's appropriate because our wedding is semi formal and our reception is totally casual. I was considering ordering a tropical dress. Here's where I need the advice.. I found one I love but it's a dark color.. would this look bad after wearing my white gown to the ceremony?? Keep in mind my FH and his groomsmen are all changing into hawaiian shirts for the reception!

I think that dress would look good on you and it's pretty cheap bonus.

That's perfect to go with Hawaiian shirts! Most times the purpose of changing into a reception dress is that you can do something totally different from the traditional formal wedding gown. I say go for it!

I think it will be perfect especially since the guys are changing into Hawaiian shirts. Looks comfortable and fun!

I think that dress is beautiful. Go for it if your reception is more casual. You don't want to be completely formal when the guys are in Hawaiian shirts.

It'd be cool if you could find a dress to match your FH's shirt. Still, if not, I think this dress is cute. It says 'Let's party!' :-)

That dress is really pretty. I like the bold contrast of the green and white. It fits your theme without being too busy.
