On the beach places to have my Wedding....

I need a place that is not expensive... where I can do the ceremony on the sand barefoot with around 200 guests. And have a venue of their own or permission to put a tent....Ideas please...

for you free of charge, they will contact the venues and vendors whose services you require. Only those who are available on your event date and can provide the services you’ve specified will contact you. These companies pay Eventective a small fee for our services and will contact you directly with quotes and other information. Your first responses should arrive within 1-2 days. Thank you traci
I have checked that website.... and to all of them I noticed something I didnt like but maybe if I asked I might get it. For example some dont have near by restrooms but maybe I can ask if I can rent some for that event.

Have you looked into the Montery Bay Aquarium? Or any places in Carmel? Carmel has some really nice beachfront places, ie: Pebble Beach?

hhhmmm...
"The Boudoir Diaries"=> I am looking for a photographer but near by.
"Analy M."=> I looked at the bay aquerium and it looks SO BEAUTIFULL!!!! AWESOME!!! but... not the prices that my FH and I can obtain for around 200 guests. I though Carmel was part of the Monterey County so I searched for it too... not many nice and low cost places. Lots of beach but they are private and supposly I cant have more then 100 guests for most. Pebble beach....hhmmm I'll research on that

Do a destination wedding - and pick the beach! Click2GoTravel.com has a wedding/honeymoon link (bottom right) where you can register your honeymoon or dest. wedding and guests help you take care of expenses, as opposed to buying you a gravy boat. Instead of towels, pick a couples massage. The prices are fantastic plus you get your own wedding website, announcement cards, etc.... check it out!

Not to be rude or anything but beach weddings around here are pricey too. (South/West coast, fl.) Maybe try cutting the guest list a little to get the venue you love. And has that many Rsvp'ed yet? because sometimes only 75 to 45 actually end up rsvp'ing and coming. I had to cut dramatically to get the venue I love and then Had to add a little more because they have a min price to spend. My friend rented a gazebo on the beach and had a wedding like that , looked low cost but, beautiful at the same time. Try contacting local counties themselves and try talking to individual parks for their beach renting fees. Maybe a lot lower cost then going through a beach venue. Maybe more work on your end but, worth it?

Thats what I wasthinking about arlala...cuz some charge 1, 200 but that is including an hour of service with a simple arc, 100 chairs and palms. I can rent t he chairs myself for under 200 then the arc borrowed for more than an hour (and not have it rushed) all I would need is the permit... BUT I AM NOT TO INFORMED ON HOW THAT WORKS!!!!

We are going to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic to get married. We are having the ceremony on the beach and going barefoot. My dress is straight but alot of material so it will blow with the wind. My Fiance' is going to be wearing the Don Johnson look. For the music during the Ceremony we are having steel drums playing. Besides the extras you want to do yourself, they pretty much do it all. From the wedding arch, chairs with white covers, the cake, champagne, dinner. We are still working with the Wedding Coordinator there, so it is not completely all planned yet. Our first date was on the 15th, we picked out my ring on a 15th, so we are getting married on the sand, on the 15th.
