I love using a crock pot for mine. I put it in with about half to 3/4 cup of water and add what ever spices you like. ( I use garlic salt, pepper and a few red pepper flakes) I put the frozen roast in with the water and spices before I go to work and put it on high and its cooked when I get back. If I have a nice roast I come back at lunch and toss in some onions, carrots and baby red potatoes and close it up again or I do the veggies in a pan with some of the beef broth when I get home to cook them up faster but give them the slow cooked flavor. The only think is with the crock pot I have found the roast tends to want to "fork" apart rather then come out firm for slicing like when you bake it, but dang is it tender and flavorfull. and left overs and be shreaded in the pot with the juices and add a bit of BBQ to make beef BBQ sandwiches for lunches.

I do almost the same thing as Celtic, with a variation on the flavoring. I put the roast in, cover it with beef stock so that it is just covered with liquid. I add quartered onion, baby carrots, and baby red potatoes (NOT CUT UP so that they cook but don't get soggy). Then I add some garlic powder and salt and pepper. To add the best flavoring I like to use Lipton onion soup- the kind that comes in a little pouch- just sprinkle it on top. Then just turn it on and go to work! You can also do this in the oven with an oven bag, takes about 2 hours. :)

I don't have a pot roast recipe, but I thought you might get a kick out of the fact that every time I scroll past the title of your post my eyes are for some reason skipping the word roast.
Therefore, every time I have to stop and ask myself, "is this person really on WW asking for a pot recipe?". LOL
Besides the fact that I feel really dumb that I keep seeing that for some reason, I don't actually think there is a recipe for that... ;)

When I need a recipe, I go to www.allrecipes.com. They have tons of recipes and several of each type of dish and it has the ratings and people's comments on each dish. Good luck!
