    Ring This shiny wedding bell

to wish the happy couple well

"Ring the bell... for Mr. and Mrs.

Ring the bell... to see lots of kisses"

"Let the bells ring for they're husband and wife,

Ring out for joy for their new life,

Ring for laughter or ring for a kiss

And ring that this couple will always find bliss."

    "This tiny Wedding bell

    salutes the Bride and Groom

and the joy that fills this room.

Ring it loud when they are near,

so all may hear the pledge of love

    they hold so dear"

"May laughter and joy fill this room, as we toast the Bride and Groom.

Take this tiny Wedding Bell, a sign of love to wish them well, ring it loud so

all may hear, when the Bride and Groom are near."

take your favorite lines and mix to get your own...

"Pick up this bell and let it ring,

A song of love for all to sing.

    A toast to (bride)!

    A toast to (groom)!

A joyful life of wedded bliss."

"We are so glad you're here today,

To share our love in a special way.

The bell on the table is just for you,

To ring and announce our love anew."

"May laughter and joy fill this room,

as we toast the bride and groom.

    Take this tiny wedding bell,

a sign of love to wish them well.

Ring it loud so all may hear,

when the bride and groom are near!"

"No rice or seeds to toss up high

when the bride and groom are passing by,

But wedding bells rung strong and clear

resound good luck to all who hear!

So when the bride and groom depart

to wish them joy as life they start,

Ring this bell with all your might,

til the happy couple pass out of sight!"

I keep noticing that you ask the same types of questions almost every time you post and Hayley is generally the one to answer. Since she seems to have a respiratory of such things, maybe you should try PMing her before flooding the boards with "I need a poem for" xxxx posts.

I thought that was what this board was for??? I thought we were here to help the other brides? I cant help it that Hayley is the one that answers me. And this is only the 2nd time I have posted asking for a poem.

We're not a google substitute. You could easily google kissing bell poem and come up with quite a few. You could then post asking which one people like better if you need help deciding.

I think it's bells that your guests ring to make the bride and groom kiss...in lieu of clinking glasses Smiley smile

The kissing bells suck. Just saying. I couldn't eat, we had to run across the room mutiple times, by the end of the night we wanted to shove the bells down everybody's throats. In fact, 3 months later, we were on vacation last week and one of my nieces tried to ring the damn bell to get us to kiss and I stole the bell and didn't give it back till we left. LOL

On that note: Uhm ours said our names and date on one side and "Ring the bell as you wish to see the bride and groom give one another a little kiss."

Mrs. Gonzales, I appreciate you posting this because I had no clue what kissing bells were! I had seen them but I didnt realize they were actually for anything other then decor. Sorry some have to be rude...Hayley always has awesome poems and such, so anytime time she posts them are very much appreciated by others.

I'd much rather see the boards flooded with useful ceremony info then half the drama crap that floats around anyways.

@Magination thank you. The reason I joined WW is because the other boards I was using were very rude and it seems that WW is starting to turn this way.

Very cute options! I may use one of these if we end up doing bells. We are thinking either bells or doing hershey kisses..

I had no idea what kissing bells were either, so this was very informative for me.

I do not think I will do them though; my people would be ringing them constantly – just to drive us nuts! hahahaha

Also, I had no idea Hayley was a respiratory of things. Eek! heehee

    Heres a shorter one,
"This tiny wedding bell salutes the joyful Bride and Groom,
The laughter, love, and happiness that fills this merry room.
Ring this bell! The newlyweds are certain not to miss
The tinkling sound which signals them: “Kiss, lovers, kiss!”

Also would add, personally I would go with the suggestion of taking lines you like and make your own poem. If you dont want people ringing them just to make you kiss, maybe use just the lines saying ring for happiness or goodluck..or whatever you want them to be rung for Smiley smile

Thank you for sharing this wonderful day

    _____ & _____'s wedded bliss.

A day of celebration, and to share in the fun

please ring this bell, for a newly wed kiss..

    ~OR~

    Today, as we gather together

wish us a love to last forever.

If you would like us to share a wedded kiss,

ring the bell for lifelong bliss.

    I'm a little jingle bell

I'm here to wish the couple well!

Shake me, ring me loud and clear

    When you see _____ & ____ appear.

My tinkling sound is here to convey

Your love and good wishes on their special day!

Bring me along to the reception too

So they may share a kiss for you!

    Or

In the shadow stood a beauty,

By her side stood a man,

Once in love they stepped closer,

    And there a future began,

Today they will start a life,

This story is one they will always tell,

For today the lovers are kissing,

    Kissing under the bells.
