Invitations with the guest(s) name on them

Im looking for invitations where we can write the guest(s) name on the actual invite, Usually its at the top. I think it would be a nice personal touch. We're getting married in Ireland and have guest where there are at least 2 families per household. I did find some websites online but thier mostly in the UK and thier quite a bit more expensive than US companies. Your thoughts, suggestions or advice is welcome...
Thank you!

ever thought about getting invitations where you print them out yourself?

Either print them yourself or if you order them, tell them to leave one line blank so you can write in the names.

i say DIY altogether, or do the print out ones...and i think that's a nice sentimental touch ;) lets them no you actually thought of that person when you made your list, versus a "factory employee" list lol. yea, that's more or less what a guest looks like when it's over and done with-a payroll log! not rude, but i've had to do payroll logs, so a guest list is pretty comparable, cos you have to know employees dependents ;) rofl!!!

I'd be happy to help you with your invitations...what I do is very personalized and unique...and costs little more than the actual invitation itself. Just contact me...we can talk about it. Best wishes to you!

As an afterthought...You may want to check out my website if you like and look at something as simple as "Evening Shadows" (although it could be done in many other different styles). Your guest's name could be at the top, just above the ribbon. That would make it very personal...a really nice idea. The paper selections would be your own...I have over 3,000 handmade papers from all over the world. Just a thought ... hope it helps give you ideas...and hope you don't mind the suggestion. : >

A tab on the front of a pocket or enclosure can be used for the guest names as well. I have jpeg samples I could send to you, or just look at the www.envelopments.com or www.doitwithmoreoptions.com websites. I use their products for all of my custom invitations

I have designed invitations where the guest names are printed on a colored vellum band that wraps around the invitation set. You can also print tags that attach to the outside of a pocketfold if that is the style you choose to go with. This is a really personal touch and a very elegant way to go! Best Wishes and have fun planning your wedding!
Depending on your invitation vendor, you may have to order your stationery up to 6 months beforehand... I ask brides to give me 2-3 weeks to finish their invitations. They may give themselves a couple weeks to get them sent... you want to send them out 6-8 weeks before the wedding... so 4 months ahead of time is good for me as long as we've already gone through the design process!
