Help me!
before me and josh met i was HOTT! and i started being too comfortable and i'm getting pretty chunky! i can never seem to stay on a diet and i hate running! i need to be a size 4 in 9 months and right now i am a 12! Help!

Excersize (sp) your butt off...literally. Doing cardio is the best way to lose weight. Diet's never work because like you said we never stick to them. You can eat what you want just not in the same portions. The minute you start starving yourself and cutting out your favorite foods you will start to binge eat because you start to crave those foods that yolu cut out. Drink plenty of water, eat more grains and veggies, and think positively. I am in the same boat as you are. I am a 12 also and want to be in a 5 before my wedding so I know what you're going through. Good luck with your loss...Just remember to stay positive and not to freak out when you don't see the weight come off right away. It takes time to see results.

I have gone from a 24 (yikes) to a 14 in 4 months.....The trick is cardio and lean protien. Put some great tunes on your ipod and walk briskly for a minimum of 40 minutes a day and I promise the lbs will melt away. No carbs, at all after 2 in the afternoon. If you have to have a cheesburger do it for breakfast! Make sure you eat something, should be healthy, the first hour after you wake up or your screwed from the get go...you have to start your metabolism working or it will go to sleep and just store everything you eat during the day. I hope this helps but remember he is marrying you not your waist line. Many Congrats and if you really want it it will happen!

If you have Wii Game System go purchase Wii Active not Wii Fit(it sucks)! Wii Active is awesome I lost 20pds in 3 months by doing it everyday religiously!! Let me tell you its soo fun too!! They have dancing, rollerblading, & cardio with a stretch band!!!

cut down on your carbs intake do not cut carbs completely, and do mor proteins since it takes longer to digest protein so you feel fuller for a longer time. Cardio works but as soon as you stop you stop burning calories, on the other hand weight training is the best you can still be burning calories few hours after your workout. Also, their is a new machine in the market that you can burn up to 1000 calories in 30 minutes I uses it and lost 14 inches in one month. The company I go to is located in San Diego and she has a special of 20 sessions for $350 . If you need their number please let me know and I can send it to you.

I'm sorry but according to your photo you look great! Don't worry about the number just think about how good you will feel when the first couple pounds come off!
