I'm wearing flats with my wedding dress because it's an outside wedding and I don't feel like sinking or tripping over something on my way to the altar.

my sister did it! why not? i think you should go for it!
i'm going to wear heels, but only because my fiancé is about a foot taller than me and i think i'd look silly in pictures.

I ordered some ballet falts from dessy.com, but even after my grandma let the elastic out on the heel, they were not comfy AT ALL. So I ended wearing my trusty ol' brown roxy flip flops. Which was the orginal plan, but it wasn't good enough for my mom!

Flip flops....really? I don't think I would want to go the flip flop route, even though that's where my heart would be because of the comfort

I'm only wearing heels for pictures because I'm so tall, but I ordered flats from dessy too. I thought they were comfortable, but I'm used to wearing all sorts of ridiculousness anyway : )

I am wearing these slipper shoes during the reception. I want to get a pair of really low healed shoes for the ceremony but had not found any I like yet. I am all about comfort for my wedding day (at least as far as my feet are concerned) since I am sure I will be walking/dancing around more then actually sitting.

Im wearing flats, since my FH is exactly the same height as I am and I don't want to be taller then him. I actually am planning on getting the 2nd pair of shoes Hayley posted! They have a tiny heel, but close enough!

I'm going to wear heels for the ceremony and most of the reception, but as soon as I start to get tired, I'm going to change into back up flats

We're getting married on the beach, so it's flip flops for the ceremony and beach pictures, and heels for the rest of the night. Here they are:

I am doing the sketcher style "dressed up" sneaker as well! nobody sees your shoes anyway so I figure I may as well be comfortable!

I'm going to wear heels as long as I can, but when my feet start hurting I'm gonna slip these on...

although my wedding is 17 months away, i'm planning on wearing flats with my dress for a few reasons. first, my FH is only about an inch taller than me and i don't need any added height! lol. second, i don't usually wear heels and can't maneuver in them very well. last, i don't want my feet to be killing me on the most wonderful day of my life!

I am a purple fanatic, so these are the ones I want to wear. I haven't bought them yet, but couldn't believe there is actually a store called "the purple store"!
