Do I send registry info in my invite to my destination wedding..?

I was wondering if I should send registry info inside of my invites to my destination wedding in Florida? Also, is it ok to have a bridal shower, and still invite friends who are not invited to the wedding, but will be invited to the at home reception afterwords? And then do I send registry info in the invites to the at home reception? All this etiquette can be confusing, and I don't want to offend anyone. Please help!

Registry info should only be in shower invitations, never in wedding invitations for a home reception or the destination wedding. Though people will almost always bring a gift, it should never be insinuated that you expect one. Registry info can be passed by word of mouth.
