Gosh, that is hard but sorta doable (I think.). Here are some suggestions on a tight budget:
-DIY invitations, programs and favors: I bought a wedding invitation kit and just invested in the ink for my printer. You can do an audio CD collection of you and your fiance's fave songs and burn them on CDs.
-Rent your wedding dress.
-Have an iPod wedding. This will sorta replace your DJ. Have a friend emcee and someone else operate you iPod.
I got these ideas off Bridal Bargains by Denise and Alan Fields. Look for this book because they have good ideas.

What parts are you having the most trouble with? I might be able to head you in the right direction on help.

I can offer you a reasonable video deal, contact me at tylerstar23@yahoo.com or call (215) 432-3148.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming with all the little things..what's important and what can you do without. You can find ALOT of wedding products at walmart, or michael's craft store.
No one will notice if you don't have menus or programs printed up.
A lot of brides make a donation to a charity in lieu of favors.
A decorated cardboard box will do for envelopes, instead of a rented birdcage.. these are little things, that I'd rather put towards the food, my vendors, and the honeymoon.
Some brides save money by having their ceremony and reception at the same place. This cuts on having to rent a limo, it allows you to get ready there, get your pictures there so there's no running around and you have more time to enjoy your party and your guests. There are also some nice firehouses that are cheap and some have catering.

For those brides on a financial budget like I was, I just want to let you know of a great website - AGreatAffair.com - it's a cash gift registry for your wedding and honeymoon. I personally used this registry with my fiance and received enough money to pay for our recent honeymoon in Hawaii plus part of our wedding expenses. I'd like other brides to know of this website because I think it's a terrific service for those couples who are on a tight budget like I was. If you're interested, visit AGreatAffair, com. This website allows couples to register for anything, including a honeymoon, paying off loans, a down payment for a home, or traditional gifts like china or furnishings. You can even register for wedding expenses. AGreatAffair.com is created in a way that is tasteful and fun for the wedding couple. My registry on AGreatSAffair.com looked and felt like a traditional registry to our guests who thought it was a modern (yet classy) approach to wedding registries.
