At what age are kids taken into the headcount?
So, I have a big family and we have lots of little ones that are under the age of 12. At what age does the caterer start tacking them on to the head count? Or because they are human and eat, they are automatically a "1" and I will be charged $XX.XX for each of them?

Sorry if this has been asked before... and thanks in advance :)

It depends on the caterer. Some it is 3. Some want a head count and then don't charge til age 3. It differs.

Ask them. I know that we are doing children's plates for children under 12, but I know some of the teenagers that are invited will not like what is on the menu.
