Anyone have any luck selling your used wedding decor?
When I'm done with this wedding, I'll have about 18 cracked glass, cylinder vases containing clear marbles and calla lillies. I'll have about 4-5 boutonnieres, I think 2 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 pomander ball, cake box, etc. All have calla lillies except for the pomander. Has anyone had any luck selling their used wedding decor, or am I destined to dump this stuff at Goodwill? Oh, I forgot, I also intend to sell all of the girls' dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc. If anyone has been able to get rid of their stuff, what

HisLilSassafras, the "cracked glass" vases are the style of the vase. They aren't "broken", lol, if that's what you think I meant. Maybe I should have used the word crackled instead. Here is a picture of crackled glass, but my vases are taller and just cylinder in shape.

My concern of using any place that isn't local buyers, is the shipping cost. By the time someone has to pay for shipping, I could only imagine it would surpass its worth in buying them new.

LovelyUnique, I just want this wedding to be over! I'm not saying I don't want to be married, but if I were to start this all over again, I would taken the money we are spending on this wedding for 140 people and spent it on 1 heck of a family/wedding vacation. We would have taken our 3 kids to somewhere warm, palm trees, white sand, dolphins I can swim with, and a just a very simple wedding on the beach. Instead, I'm stressing over a cake that has yet to be ordered and that I need in less than 2 weeks amongst many other unfinished projects right now. So just shoot me, please!
