Icon Bridal is an amazing store! Biancha was helpful, attentive, friendly and responsive to my needs. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The owner who is also the seamstress was also so helpful and warm. It is a small, intimate place where you get individual attention. I loved that they ask for your style and sample pictures of what you’re looking for ahead of time so they have some options similar to your style ready when you arrive. I highly recommend Icon Bridal!

I had a great experience working with Icon Bridal & Formal to find my wedding dress! I was the only customer in the store during my wedding dress appointment, and felt truly catered to the whole time. I had no idea what type of dress I wanted, and Theresa was great about choosing options & narrowing them down based on feedback I voiced once I tried them on. I never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions, and left with 2 “top options” to think about. Once I chose my dress and it was delivered to the store, setting up an alteration appointment was easy - Connie (the owner!) & her team were flexible with working within my schedule. I also feel like Connie went the extra mile to make sure she communicated with me via phone & text throughout the process. Mariela & Connie did an amazing job at altering my dress, and were very patient throughout the whole process. I am so glad I scheduled an appointment at Icon! From the moment I walked in with my mom and sisters I was given the full attention of Ruth who was helping us and we got input and feedback from Connie (who I later found out not only leads on alternations but who is the owner and founder). The team at Icon pulled several dresses that were exactly the style I was interested in before I got there and they let us look around to try other styles too! I can’t say enough good things about this team - I am so happy I got my dress with them and look forward to going back for my alterations!!
